I have just started hobby-level welding and needed some materials. One big advantage of Metal Supermarket was they cut stock to manageable sizes.

I asked for quotation on line, but never got a response. So I drove out to the warehouse.

At that point, service was polite, helpful and prompt.
I also ended up buying some drops for my welding practice. times.
They loaded my truck and I was on my way. I’ll certainly be back.

Only complaint was the lack of response on line.

I was happy with the purchase. It was sheared to the exact size I requested. The only thing I was a little uncomfortable with is the way the sheet was handled and loaded. It was carried by a guy on each end with no support in the center. Being 10′ it could have easily bent in the middle. It seemed a little sloppy and careless, but it didn’t bend. I was there on a Friday to pick up some diamond Plate and also had a break done. I ask if I needed the bend increased, would this be possible and the cost? the answer was YES and the additional cost $0.00. Yes I needed another, thinking they were open Saturday I returned to the store. I forgot to mention I live out of the State and was returning Sunday, I arrived only to find they had adjusted the hours due to Covid. The store was locked up although I viewed a couple inside, I got there attention. It happened to be the owner and his wife and he remembered my conversation with the employe. Without a thought he took the Diamond Plate and added to the bend and I was on my way. Service above and beyond!!!
