The product is doing great now holding the weight of roughly 15,000 gallons of pool water in perfectly fixing a blowout on our above ground pool wall. It’s the service that blew me away. First, I walked into the shop and the owner Tom is washing the floors in an already spotless facility. He greets me at the door introducing me to his workers and showing me around the place. Then they listened to what I needed fixed, which was replacing a section of an above ground pool wall and found the best product to do the job and then gave it to me at a great price. As staff rang me up, Tom talked to me and my autistic son about my son’s first baseball game he were going to that morning in the miracle league for children with disabilities. He then gave my son a brand new hat to wear and then asked if I would like to bring my son to a Detroit Tigers game the following day. He gave me four tickets on the spot, we chatted a bit more and he thanked me for coming in and bringing my son to meet him. As he wished my son good luck on his first game, he walked us out to the parking lot and had staff already on there way to my car loading it up for me. Even without the extremely kind gesture of free baseball tickets, it was still a great experience. Im just a dad who spent under $100 there trying to fix my sons pool and Tom along with his staff treated me like I was a million dollar contract. I’ve never experienced customer service like this. I told anybody that would listen about the great experience and can’t wait till I need metal again to go back to Toms branch of Metal Supermarkets.

I needed a small piece of metal for an improvement I was doing , being able to purchase just a section of material instead of a complete length allowed me to do this.
They were more then happy to make the cut for such a small purchase.
I know now what word of mouth advertising means, I have told a bunch of people of my experiences at this store
