I’m a consumer automotive DIY guy and needed a bunch of miscellaneous stuff for a car project. I can’t get to your store mid-week during hours, so need to go on the weekend.

Longer Saturday hours with more staff would be helpful. I came in around 11:00 and there were 2 guys up front and 1 in the warehouse.

Took like 20 minutes for my one guy to add up the various remnant cuts I was buying because 1) the computer system was insanely slow and 2) he kept getting interrupted to deal with other stuff.

Also, clearer pricing on stuff so I know what it’s going to cost me.
