The item I needed wasn’t readily available, and of course I needed it immediately. This was of course on a Friday. Isn’t that the way it seems to be? LOL The associate who helped me said she would do some checking and call me back. Within 20 minutes, she called me with great news that she could order it and have it by Monday late afternoon. And sure enough it arrived on Monday but actually in the morning.

I had called other places and was told the item I needed was not carried. None of these other businesses offered to special order it.

I have ordered aluminum sheet, angle and channel from you a few times with excellent results….quick service, accurate cuts and good pricing. However, I am very disappointed with the last small order–the sheet stock was cut short by 0.5 inch and the angle stock cuts varied by as much as 1/16 and weren’t square. Had to drive an hour each way to get the correct length of sheet; I trimmed the angle as needed. Employee must been having a bad day which made my day less than happy. No question, I still like your service and will be back when I need more material…..I’ll just check it before I head out the door. Mark

Unfortunately, there is no alternative small quantity metal supplier in Portland.
