1st time ordering over the phone and here are my thoughts: The gentleman over the phone was very helpful with my overly complicated order and even asked me to email them something short of a napkin drawing when I didn’t know how to explain it. But let me tell you that they made me feel like a pro when everything was perfect and well within spec upon pickup.
