I don’t think there is much you can do around pricing. on very small quantities your pricing is good because you don’t have to buy a complete piece. But, it seems there is no discount for a 20′ stick, which will prompt a trip to a high volume supplier in Dallas. I would guess there is no price break because you don’t want to deal in that type of volume, not your business model.

I had ordered the 1 1/2″ aluminum angles 6′ long. Each piece is actually cut 1/16″ short so when I installed them end-to-end there are now 1/8″ gaps, which I would’ve preferred we not have. Not a terrible problem; it’s just not correct.

Great concept and very convenient. Would be much better if it were set up more like a supermarket where you walk in and can see what’s available. Often for our projects, a verity of materials will work and being able to see what’s in inventory would be a huge help. If you don’t want to do that, at least move drop shelf to front. So we can run in and pick out a few pieces.
Dallas desperately needs retail store that sells basic cutting tools such as end mills. If y’all keep the prices low, You could add drill bits, end mills, and some other basics.

I needed a 20″x30″ plate .250″ thick for a welding tabletop in my garage. The plate was warped to much for me to use.
