Your staff are always happy to help with even the smallest orders. They don’t have that annoyed attitude you get from other big suppliers like I’m inconveniencing them by calling them or walking through the door.

I guess it wouldnt be cost effective to have a punch in every store? Too time consuming to change out tools for small orders I guess, not to mention the square footage it takes up. Still I’d gladly pay like $150 for a tool change and 15 minutes of punching.
