I had a great experience with Kevin, who was very prompt, helpful and kind.

I can’t say the same with my experience with the associate (Clayton Mclean) who handled my online order.
It was very negative, as my order was processed several days late, after I had emailed in to follow up (left with no response).
I had to call in to Donmills, where Kevin had to sort out the disconnect. I was left with an extremely small window of time to complete a tall custom order.

They say to order online first, but clearly online associates aren’t organized enough to process your orders. I appreciated Kevin’s advice in emailing in, and will do so moving forward.
