I called looking for a small order of steel, 4pcs.-7’4″ long. They checked, took my order over the phone, paid with a card and told me it would be ready when I got there, just go to the shipping door when I arrived. Two hours later I arrived there, went to shipping, they loaded it on my trailer, asked if I needed a hand to tie it down and thanked me for my purchase and hoped to see me again.
